Our Policy
- We don’t provide any kind of return.
- In case if you receive any incorrect product you have to inform within 24hrs after the product is delivered.
- If any items are returned due to incorrect product we will process your refund immediately.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Order Refusal at Delivery: If you refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery, we will process a refund after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.40).
- Incorrect Delivery Details Provided:
- Delivered to the Wrong Address: If the order is delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate details provided at checkout, Indika Naturals is not responsible for issuing a refund.
- Returned to Us: If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address or contact details, we will issue a refund after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.100, depending on the order).
- Wrong Item Ordered by Customer: We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase. Due to the consumable nature and personal application of our products, we do not accept returns to maintain high-quality standards for all our customers.
