Our Policy

  1. We don’t provide any kind of return.
  2. In case if you receive any incorrect product you have to inform within 24hrs after the product is delivered.
  3. If any items are returned due to incorrect product we will process your refund immediately.
  4. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  5. Order Refusal at Delivery: If you refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery, we will process a refund after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.40).
  6. Incorrect Delivery Details Provided:
  • Delivered to the Wrong Address: If the order is delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate details provided at checkout, Indika Naturals is not responsible for issuing a refund.
  • Returned to Us: If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address or contact details, we will issue a refund after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.100, depending on the order).
