Cancellation by Indika Naturals
While we strive to fulfill every order, there are occasions when we might need to cancel. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Non-serviceable Pin Code: Delivery is not possible to the specified location.
- Product Availability: Insufficient stock for the ordered quantity.
- Pricing or Product Information Errors: Mistakes in the product description or pricing.
- Fraud Detection: Concerns raised by our credit and fraud prevention team.
If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly. We may also request additional information to verify and accept your order. If additional details are required, we will reach out to you.
Cancellation by Customer
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. You can do so as follows:
- Before Dispatch: Cancel your order before it’s dispatched by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 8090072201. You will receive a full refund of the order amount.
- After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, please contact our Customer Support team. We will initiate a refund after deducting a convenience fee (minimum Rs.40, subject to increase based on your order). The refund will be processed once we receive the returned product(s).
